Seafood Pesto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 2 cups uncooked medium shell macaroni
 Pesto2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 Italian pear-shaped tomatoes, cut into eighths
 1/3 cup small pitted ripe olives
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 4 ounces spinach, coarsely chopped
 Scallops1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
Rinse in cold water; drain.
Mix macaroni, pesto, tomatoes, olives and vinegar in large bowl.
Add spinach and seafood.
Toss.
