Seafood Pasta Salad Recipe
Seafood pasta salad is a crab pasta salad prepared with added peas. Tossed together with spices and dressed with sour cream and mayonnaise, the seafood pasta salad is filling and appetizing.
Ingredients
| 1 lb. medium pasta shells | ||
| Crabmeat | 12 Ounce, drained | |
| 1 lb. cooked peas or frozen peas, thawed | ||
| Water chestnuts | 2 Cup (16 tbs), blanched | |
| Paprika | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Dressing:) | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Tablespoon (Dressing:) | |
| Ground coriander | 1/2 Tablespoon (Dressing:) | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Buttermilk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Dressing:) | |
| 1/4 c. nonbutter fat light sour cream | ||
| 1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing:) | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 4 Drop (Dressing:) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Into large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, crab, peas, snow peas and water chestnuts.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
Mix pasta with dressing and stir to combine.
