Seafood Newburg Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream of shrimp | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Milk - 1/3 to 1/2 cup | ||
| Lobster - 1 cup flaked cooked | ||
| Or | ||
| Lobster | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sauterne (optional)- 1 tablespoon | ||
| Cooked rice | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large pan, heat the soup and the milk till it is thawed
2. Add the lobster and the sauterne and mix well
3. Heat for a few minutes and stir often
SERVING
4. Serve over hot rice
