| 2 green bell peppers, peeled, seeded, and diced | ||
| Lettuce leaves, hard-cooked eggs cut in wedges, black olives; 1 pound mussels, scrubbed, steamed, and left in the shell | ||
Directions
Chill all ingredients well before assembling the salad.
