1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 pound medium-sized peeled shrimp, deveined and cooked
 
1/4 pound cooked crawfish or lobster meat
 
2 green bell peppers, peeled, seeded, and diced
 
Garnishes:
 
Lettuce leaves, hard-cooked eggs cut in wedges, black olives; 1 pound mussels, scrubbed, steamed, and left in the shell

Directions

Chill all ingredients well before assembling the salad.
Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add tomatoes, corn, abalone, shrimp, crawfish, and bell peppers.
Fold gently to combine.
