Seafood Melt Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 plain bagels or English muffins, split in half and lightly toasted | ||
| 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons prepared pesto sauce | ||
| 8 thin slices tomato | ||
| Seafood | 12 Ounce, flavored | |
| Provolone cheese slice | 8 | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Preheat broiler.
Place bagel halves on cookie sheet.
Spread each half with 1 teaspoon pesto.
Top each with tomato slices.
Divide surimi seafood evenly among bagels.
Top each with a cheese slice; sprinkle with paprika.
Broil until cheese is melted.
