Ingredients

 4 plain bagels or English muffins, split in half and lightly toasted
 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons prepared pesto sauce
 8 thin slices tomato
 Seafood12 Ounce, flavored
 Provolone cheese slice8
 Paprika

Directions

Preheat broiler.
Place bagel halves on cookie sheet.
Spread each half with 1 teaspoon pesto.
Top each with tomato slices.
Divide surimi seafood evenly among bagels.
Top each with a cheese slice; sprinkle with paprika.
Broil until cheese is melted.
