Ingredients

 5 large tomatoes, cut in 2 and seeded
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Large, finely chopped
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Tarragon1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Shrimp1 Pound
 Macaroni1 Pound, cooked
 Ricotta cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pinch sugar
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Puree tomatoes in blender for 3 minutes.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Cook onion 3 minutes over low heat Add basil, tarragon, parsley, sugar and tomatoes; season well.
Cook 25 to 30 minutes over low heat.
Stir in shrimp, macaroni and cheese; cook 3 minutes or until heated through.
