Seafood En Brochettes Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 large mussels, steamed and removed from their shells | ||
| 4 slices bacon, each stretched and cut into 3 and rolled up | ||
| 12 jumbo shrimp, shelled | ||
| Mushrooms | 12 Small | |
| 1 green pepper, cored, seeded and cut into 12 pieces | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste | |
| Parsley sprigs | ||
Directions
Preheat the broiler to moderate.
Thread the mussels, bacon rolls, shrimp, mushrooms and green pepper alternately onto 4 long skewers.
Put the garlic, butter, salt and pepper into a saucepan and heat very gently until the butter has melted.
Brush the brochettes with the melted butter and broil for about 8 minutes, turning them over frequently until they are cooked.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
