Ingredients

 12 large mussels, steamed and removed from their shells
 4 slices bacon, each stretched and cut into 3 and rolled up
 12 jumbo shrimp, shelled
 Mushrooms12 Small
 1 green pepper, cored, seeded and cut into 12 pieces
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Black pepper salt1 To taste
 Parsley sprigs

Directions

Preheat the broiler to moderate.
Thread the mussels, bacon rolls, shrimp, mushrooms and green pepper alternately onto 4 long skewers.
Put the garlic, butter, salt and pepper into a saucepan and heat very gently until the butter has melted.
Brush the brochettes with the melted butter and broil for about 8 minutes, turning them over frequently until they are cooked.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
