Seafood Creole Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (6 1/2 oz.)
Directions
1. Combine butter, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
