Directions
1. For Sauce – in a bowl, mix all the ingredients of sauce and set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix together avocado and lime. Set aside.
3. In a shallow pan, heat oil and add in cumin, let it crackle.
4. Add in the shrimp and scallop. Season with kosher salt and cook for a few minutes.
5. Take out the shrimp in a bowl; add in the sauce and avocado mixture. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
SERVING
6. Serve seafood cocktail with nacho chips.
