Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , minced | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 10 Ounce, canned | |
| Scallops | 1 Pound, diced | |
| Halibut | 1 Pound, diced | |
| Salmon | 8 Ounce, diced | |
| Cod | 1 Pound, diced | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 10 oz canned lobster or crab bisque or canned fish soup | ||
| 5 oz canned clams, in their juice | ||
| 1 lb cooked shrimp | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Lightly cook onion, celery and mushrooms.
Add fresh fish.
Continue cooking 5 minutes.
Pour in water.
Bring to a boil.
Add bisque, clams in their juice and shrimp.
Bring back to a boil.
Fold in milk.
Continue cooking 5 minutes without boiling.
