Ingredients

| Parsley - a litt;e, chopped | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon Juice - a squeeze | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Sugar - a pinch | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Trim the cauliflower. Slice off the hard stems from the cauliflowe.
2) Into a pot of salted, boiling water add in the cauliflower florets.
3) Cook the cauliflower covered till they become tender. Drain and keep warm.
MAKING
4) Mix the cornflour in little bit of the tomato juice. Keep aside.
5) Transfer the rest of the tomato juice into a saucepan. Add in the cornflour paste, while stirring constantly.
6) Let the mixture boil for about 3 minutes.
7) Next, stir in the shrimps, cheese, butter, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar.
8) Heat the mixture for about 2 minutes.
SERVING
9) To serve, arrange the cauliflower florets on a serving dish. Pour the warm sauce over the cauliflower.
