Seafood Casserole With Mushroom Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tin cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Half and Half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, finely chopped | |
| 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1 tin sliced mushrooms, drained | ||
| 18 oz. pkg. shell macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water | ||
| 1 tin crab meat, drained and rinsed | ||
| 1 tin shrimp (broken) | ||
| 1 tin tuna | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine soup, cream, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Place over low heat.
Add cheeses and stir until melted.
Add mushrooms.
Combine macaroni with the crab meat, tuna, shrimp and cheese sauce.
Chill for 24 hours.
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
