Ingredients

 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 4 cups fish stock or clam juice
 Canned tomatoes10 Ounce
 White wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon
 1 whole bay leaf
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 2 lbs fish fillets, cut in 1" chunks
 Shrimp1 Pound, deveined
 Crab meat1 Cup (16 tbs), canned

Directions

1. Melt butter with olive oil in a large pot. Saute onion, celery, and garlic until vegetables are tender.
2. Stir fish stock or clam juice, stock, tomatoes, wine, lemon juice, herbs, and seasonings. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
3. Add fish and cook for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and crab meat; cook 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
