Seafood Baranoff Recipe
Ingredients
1 can {4 1/2 ounces) shrimp
1 can (13 ounces) crabmeat or fresh shrimp and crabmeat
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 tablespoons chopped pimiento
Hot cooked noodles
Directions
Drain shrimp and cut into small pieces.
Drain crabmeat and remove cartilage.
Mix shrimp and crab with lemon juice.
