Seafood Baked With Artichokes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 30 Gram | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Fish fillets | 500 Gram, cut into pieces | |
| Scallops | 250 Gram, cleaned | |
| Shrimps | 250 Gram, deveined | |
| Mushroom | 440 Gram, canned | |
| Artichoke hearts | 425 Gram, drained | |
| Mushrooms | 250 Gram, sliced | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Seasonings, to taste | ||
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Melt butter in a large frying pan.
Saute onion until tender.
Stir in fish, scallops, prawns, soup, artichokes, mushrooms, wine and seasonings.
Combine rice and parsley.
Spoon into a large greased casserole dish.
Spoon over fish mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle over cheese.
Bake for a further 10 minutes.
