 Butter/Margarine30 Gram
 Onion1 , chopped
 Fish fillets500 Gram, cut into pieces
 Scallops250 Gram, cleaned
 Shrimps250 Gram, deveined
 Mushroom440 Gram, canned
 Artichoke hearts425 Gram, drained
 Mushrooms250 Gram, sliced
 Dry white wine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Seasonings, to taste
 Cooked rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Melt butter in a large frying pan.
Saute onion until tender.
Stir in fish, scallops, prawns, soup, artichokes, mushrooms, wine and seasonings.
Combine rice and parsley.
Spoon into a large greased casserole dish.
Spoon over fish mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle over cheese.
Bake for a further 10 minutes.
