Ingredients

 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 1 stem celery, chopped
 Green pepper1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon, dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
 1/2 pound lump crab meat, fresh, frozen or canned
 1/2 pound cleaned, raw shrimp, fresh, frozen or canned
 Lobster meat1/2 pound, frozen
 Cheddar Cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions

Defrost any frozen seafood.
Flake or cut lobster into chunks.
Set aside.
In 1-quart bowl, combine onion, celery, green pepper, parsley, garlic and butter.
MICROWAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until vegetables are tender.
Add flour, stir until smooth.
Add bouillon to water; stir till smooth.
MICROWAVE 30 to 45 SECONDS on HIGH, or until thickened.
Add seafood; mix well.
Divide mixture evenly among four individual casseroles.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until seafood turns opaque.
Stir once.
Combine cheeses.
Sprinkle over the top of each casserole.
MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE 30 SECONDS on HIGH, or until cheese is melted.
