Ingredients

 1 4 1/2-ounce can shrimp, drained and mashed or 1 6 1/2- or 7-ounce can tuna, drained and flaked
 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Chili Sauce2 Tablespoon
 Celery1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Onion1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 32 rich round crackers

Directions

Combine shrimp or tuna and next 4 ingredients; spread about 1/2 tablespoon mixture on each cracker.
Place eight of the appetizers at a time on a paper plate.
Micro-cook, uncovered, till hot, about 30 seconds.
Trim with parsley, if desired.
