Seafood Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 4 1/2-ounce can shrimp, drained and mashed or 1 6 1/2- or 7-ounce can tuna, drained and flaked | ||
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Chili Sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 32 rich round crackers | ||
Directions
Combine shrimp or tuna and next 4 ingredients; spread about 1/2 tablespoon mixture on each cracker.
Place eight of the appetizers at a time on a paper plate.
Micro-cook, uncovered, till hot, about 30 seconds.
Trim with parsley, if desired.
