Seafoam Salad With Pears Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 No. 2 1/2 can pears | ||
| Lime gelatin package | 1 | |
| 1 8oz. Package cream | ||
| Cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Cheese | ||
Directions
Drain pears; reserve 1 cup syrup.
Mash pears.
Heat reserved syrup; dissolve gelatin in hot syrup.
Blend cream cheese with cream; add to hot gelatin, stirring until cheese is dissolved.
Cool until thickened.
Fold in pears and whipped cream; pour into glass dish.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
Cut into squares.
