3 small potatoes, diced
1 sweet Spanish onion, thinly sliced
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 cup clam-tomato juice
2 cup tomatoes stewed
4 tsp. parsley, chopped
8 oz. halibut, fresh or frozen

2 tsp. peach juice concentrate
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. Butter BudsĀ® Sprinkles
1 pinch cardamon
Directions
1. Simmer everything together except the halibut. Add water, if necessary.
2. When potatoes are tender, add halibut. Cover and simmer until fish is cooked.
