Seafarer Hors D Oeuvre Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| 1 6-ounce package frozen crabmeat or shrimp, thawed and drained | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon ranch-style dry salad dressing mix | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Zucchini | 2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Paprika (garnish) | ||
Directions
Heat cheese in 1-quart bowl on High 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften.
Add crab, lemon juice, dressing mix and mayonnaise and mix until well blended.
Arrange zucchini slices in serving dish(es).
Top each slice with a tea-spoonful of crab mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cook on High until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Let cool slightly Chill before serving.
