Ingredients

 
1 can (6 1/2-ounces) tuna, salmon or crab, drained and broken up with fork
 
1/4 cup mayonnaise
 
2 tablespoons catsup
 
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
 
2 teaspoons horseradish
 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
 
Toast squares or crisp crackers Parsley flakes

Directions

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, catsup, onion, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice in 1-quart mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Spoon 2 teaspoons mixture on each toast square.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Place on paper towel-lined plate.
8 canapes: Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute on HIGH, or until hot.
12 canapes: Microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute, 30 seconds on HIGH, or until hot.
