Sea Food Sword Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Fresh or frozen shrimp | ||
| Fresh or frozen scallops | ||
| Large stuffed green olives | ||
| Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients for basting sauce.
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving last section of shell and tail intact.
Add shrimp and scallops to basting sauce and let stand 1 hour at room temperature, stirring now and then to coat evenly.
On skewers, alternate shrimp, scallops, olives, and lemon wedges.
Broil over hot coals, turning and brushing sea food frequently with the sauce.
Don't overcook.
