| Scallops | 1 Pint, shucked | |
| Oysters | 1/2 Pint, shucked | |
| Canned tuna | 7 Ounce | |
| White wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs – 2, well beaten | ||
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimentos | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Drain the oysters and scallops in a bowl, reserving the liquor
2) Drain and flake the tuna meat
MAKING
3) In a bowl, mix together the scallops and the oysters
4) Pour wine over the mixture and allow to stand for about 25 minutes
5) Preheat the oven to 350F
6) In the meantime, in a frying pan, sauté the onion and green pepper till tender
7) Using an electric beater, beat the reserved liquor and the eggs till foamy
8) Add to the mixed oysters and scallops and mix lightly
9) Spoon in a greased 2 quart casserole
10) Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 F till set
