Sea Bass With Caper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| 3 pounds, dressed | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 6 , peeled | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 1 Large | |
| Capers | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Vinegar | ||
Directions
Sprinkle fish with salt.
Reserve grind tomatoes with garlic, green pepper, and capers into skillet.
Stir in onions, salt, butter, and 1/2 cup of the water; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; blend together flour and remaining water; stir into tomato mixture.
Cook, stirring, until thickened add fish.
Cover; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
Sprinkle with vinegar
