Ingredients

 Frozen imitation fish - 6 ounces, thawed and flaked
 Green cabbage - 2 cups, finely shredded
 Onion1/4
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Green bell pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Plain low-fat yogurt
 Reduced-caorie mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon
 Fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (OR fresh dill)
 Ketchup2 Teaspoon
 Pickle relish - 1 teaspoon
 Prepared horseradish1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/2 Teaspoon
 Dijon-style mustard
 Worcestershire sauce

Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together the imitation fish and vegetalbes in a large salad bowl.
2) Combine together all the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour the mixture all ovr the salad.

SERVING
3) Transfer the salad to a decorative serving bowl and serve right away. The salad can also be covered and stored in the fridge till it is time to serve.
