Sea Slaw Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen imitation fish - 6 ounces, thawed and flaked | ||
| Green cabbage - 2 cups, finely shredded | ||
| Onion | 1/4 | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green bell pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| Reduced-caorie mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon | ||
| Fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (OR fresh dill) | ||
| Ketchup | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pickle relish - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Prepared horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dijon-style mustard | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Combine together the imitation fish and vegetalbes in a large salad bowl.
2) Combine together all the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour the mixture all ovr the salad.
SERVING
3) Transfer the salad to a decorative serving bowl and serve right away. The salad can also be covered and stored in the fridge till it is time to serve.
