2 cups (480 ml) diced tomatoes
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) diced red onion
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) diced cucumber
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) Fresh Dill, chopped
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) seasoned rice vinegar
 
2 tbs (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
 
2 tbs (30 ml) hazelnut oil or salad oil fresh ground white pepper, to taste
 
4 small new potatoes, boiled, leave skin on
 
1 lb (455 g) sea bass or halibut steak, grilled

Directions

Toss all ingredients except bass in a salad bowl and leave to blend in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Meanwhile grill or broil fish.
