Ingredients
2 whole seabass
1/2 c white wine
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c water
1 diced tomato
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp black pepper
Directions
1. Trim the fins and tail of the fish.
2. Cut the fish and descale it. Wash and dry it.
3. Mix water, white wine and olive oil in a bowl.
4. Add tomatoes, garlic and parsley in the bowl.
5. Place the fish in the pan.
6. Sprinkle some sea salt and black pepper.
7. Close the lid and simmer the fish for 10 minutes.
8. When the fish is white and flaky it is ready to serve.
