Sea And Garden Grill Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 small or 2 medium zucchini squash | ||
| Soft butter | ||
| Grated Parmesan cheese | ||
| 2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced in half | ||
| Butter | ||
| Dill weed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise; cook in boiling salted water until almost tender, about 5 min.; drain well.
Place cut side up on greased broiler rack.
Brush with soft butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper and the Parmesan cheese.
Arrange the tomato halves on rack; dot lightly with butter; sprinkle with dill weed and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Place frozen fish sticks on rack.
Set oven control at "broil." Broil 4" from source of heat 5 min., or until vegetables and fish sticks are heated through.
Serve on warm platter garnished with lemon wedges.
