GETTING READY
1) Line an 8 x 8 brownie type pain with parchment paper. This makes it easy to cut and remove the bars.
MAKING
2) Use about 2 cups of either a granola or Ezekiel 4:19 cereal. Mix with about 3 Tablespoons of butter and about 1/2 cup of sweetener. Use brown rice syrup or pear sweet.
3) After mixing well, mold the cereal mixture into the bottom of pan - set aside.
4) With a blender - you can use either blueberries, raspberries or strawberries - and blend about 2 cups of fruit with 3 cups of Goat milk yogurt. Plain is the best with no added ingredients.
5) Also use about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of brown rice syrup or pear sweet; start with a 1/2 cup and check for sweetness before you pour into pan.
6) Also add about 1 to 2 tsp. of vanilla - good to taste. Pour into the 8 inch pan on top of the cereal mixture.
7) Put wax paper on top and let freeze about 3 hours. Take out of freezer and remove by the parchment the square from the pan.
SERVING
8) Cut the dessert into squares and serve immediately.
