 Assorted dry fruits1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped if large (dates, figs, raisins, apricots etc)
 Assorted cookies1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (amaretti, biscotti, gingersnaps etc)
 Assorted nuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (hazel nuts, walnuts, almonds etc)
 Assorted chocolates1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (bittersweet chocolate, candy bars, white chocolate etc)
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs), freshly squeezed
 Liqueur1 Cup (16 tbs) (limoncello or amaretto) (Optional)
For serving
 Whipped cream1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (as required)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients i.e. dried fruits, cookies, nuts and chocolate. Mix them well.
2. Just before serving squeeze the juice of an orange into it and continue to mix (for adults pour liqeur and mix well).

SERVING
3. In a serving glass or bowl, serve the dessert garnished with whipped cream and little orange zest if desired.

TIPS
To serve it to the kids omit liqueur from the dessert.
