|English muffins||3 , split in halves|
|Pizza sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (or bottled Italian sauce to taste)|
|Italian sausage link||2 , crumbled, browned, drained|
|Chopped vegetables/Chopped fruits||15 Gram (you may use chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, chopped red bell pepper, chopped mushroom, chopped green olives, chopped ripe olives, chopped pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped pineapple, or others)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||3 Tablespoon (or shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, shredded Romano cheese, shredded provolone cheese, chopped anchovies, or others)|

1. Place English muffin-halves in a toaster or in the oven under the broiler until lightly toasted.
2. Place the toasted muffin in a shallow non-stick baking pan or greased pan and spread sauce on it to cover the top, but not too much to make it soggy.
3. Spread meat mixture on the sauce followed by chopped vegetable and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
4. Place the pan in the broiler, about 6-inches below and broil at 400 degree F for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and is beginning to brown.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
In meat you can use browned Italian sausage, browned pork sausage, pepperoni, partially cooked bacon, cooked ham, browned hamburger, cooked chicken, or any other meat of your choice.
