Scrumptious Chinese Green Onion and Egg Pancake Recipe Video
Ingredients
Green onion stalks - 2
All Purpose flour
Water
Salt
Canola Oil
Large eggs - 4
Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Chop the green onions finely and keep them aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, flour and water to prepare the pancake batter.
3. Add the chopped green onions to the batter.
4. Sprinkle salt and add the sesame seeds, if using.
5. Thoroughly mix the batter by stirring slowly.
MAKING
6. Use a medium sized non-stick frying pan to heat over high flame for 10 seconds.
7. Drizzle the oil and swirl over the pan to coat uniformly.
8. Add the batter to the pan and shake the pan gently, to make sure the batter is evenly spread out.
9. When the bubble starts forming, flip the pancake to fry the other side.
SERVING
10. Serve immediately on a serving plate.
