Scrod With Grape Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
3/4 cup chicken broth
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds scrod or sole fillets
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup milk or half'n half
1 cup halved green grapes
Parsley
Directions
In 12x8-inch dish, combine butter, onion, broth and pepper.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
Arrange fillets in single layer.
Cook, covered with wax paper, at HIGH 7 to 8 minutes, or until fish is done.
Arrange fillets on serving platter; cover.
Strain broth into small glass bowl.
Blend flour with milk until smooth.
Stir milk and grapes into broth.
Cook at MEDIUM 3 1/2 to 5 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir twice.
Pour half of sauce over fillets, sprinkle with parsley.
Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
