Scrambled Eggs With Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups shelled and chopped prawns
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 spring onions, sliced
1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tsp. cornflour
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsps. peanut oil
Directions
Remove black veins from prawns before chopping.
Beat eggs well in a bowl, add salt, soya sauce, sherry, cornflour, ginger, onions and prawns.
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add egg mixture and stir well.
Fry till colour turns golden brown.
Serve hot with rice.
