Place margarine in 2 quart microwavable casserole.
Microwave uncovered on high until melted, 30 to 45 seconds.
Mix remaining ingredients except tomato slices and dill; pour into casserole.
Microwave uncovered, stirring every 2 minutes, until eggs are set but still moist, 8 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with tomato slices and dill.
Serve with Canadian bacon and toasted English muffins, if desired.
