Scrambled Eggs With Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
6 eggs
2 tsp (10 ml) chili sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) tomato paste
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
1/4 cup (60 ml) red tomato, diced
1/4 cup (60 ml) green tomato, diced
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp (1 ml) chopped basil
Directions
– In a bowl, beat eggs with chili sauce and tomato paste.
– In a skillet, melt butter and cook eggs over medium heat. Stir from time to time. Halfway through cooking process, add tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
