Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Dill Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 6 | |
| 2 tablespoons sour cream, plus additional for garnish | ||
| Smoked salmon | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Dill | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Splash hot pepper sauce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper white | 1 To taste | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 English muffins, halved and toasted | ||
| 4 dill sprigs, for garnish | ||
Directions
In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
Mix in sour cream, smoked salmon, fresh dill, and hot pepper sauce.
Add salt and white pepper to taste.
In a hot skillet, melt butter.
Cook the egg mixture, stirring occasionally until done.
Eggs should be moist.
Place equal amounts of egg on each of the 4 English muffin halves.
Dot with sour cream and garnish with dill sprig.
