Scrambled Eggs With Sausage Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 6 sausages, cut into bite-size pieces | ||
| 1 French (dry) shallot, chopped | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finley sliced | |
| Eggs | 6 | |
| Chervil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– In a skillet, heat oil and melt butter. Saute sausages until lightly browned. Add shallot and garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
– Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Pour over sausage mixture. Season with salt and pepper, Cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time. Sprinkle with chervil and serve.
