Scrambled Eggs On Waffles Recipe
Ingredients
4 waffles
4 eggs
1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp (30 ml) sweet red pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp (30 ml) green onion, finely sliced
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
Directions
– Toast waffles and set aside. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add cheese, sweet red pepper, and onion. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
In a skillet, melt butter and cook eggs, stirring constantly. Spoon scrambled eggs onto waffles.
