Directions
MAKING
1) Take a bowl and beat the eggs together with the green onion, salt and pepper.
2) Take a fry pan and melt butter in it by setting it on low to medium heat.
3) Pour the beaten egg mixture in it.
4) Stir with a light hand and add cream.
5) Remove from heat while still runny and allow to set.
SERVING
6) Serve hot just after removing it from the heat.
