3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp shortening, -melted
1 oz. baking chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cup Oatmeal
Directions
Beat eggs, add sugar replacement gradually and beat well with each addition.
Add salt, shortening, chocolate, vanilla extract and the oatmeal.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 17 to 25 minutes.
Remove from pan while still warm.
