| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
Directions
Melt butter in top of double boiler.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Add seasoned salt, mustard, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce and milk.
Add eggs gradually, stirring constantly to prevent curdling.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
