Ingredients
4 cups ground oatmeal (rounded full) I grind my own)
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons salt
6 heaping teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups melted butter (generous)
1/2 cup warm water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together and add melted butter, then water.
Take a small amount of dough and roll fairly thin into an oval about 6 inches across.
Mark edge with fork and cut into four wedges.
Bake at 375° F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
