Directions
Whisk the egg white until stiff.
In another basin whisk the cream, Drambuie and honey together until thick.
Fold egg white lightly but thoroughly into the cream mixture.
Transfer to small individual glasses, and if possible leave to stand for several hours for the flavours to blend.
Serve with thin shortbread or petticoat-tail biscuits.
