 Apples1
 Sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1/8 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Butter1 Teaspoon
 Rolled oats1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Skimmed milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the apple into slices
2) Into a bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon and the salt
3) Place the apples into a non stick baking dish
4) Spread half of the sugar mixture
5) All around the baking dish, dot the butter
6) Sprinkle in half the quantity of the oats over
7) Add in the milk
8) Cover the baking dish with foil
9) Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
10) Take off the cover and bake for 15 minutes

SERVING
11) Serve the dish warm or slightly chilled
