Directions

Whisk together eggs, milk and oil.
Add to flour and baking powder; mix well.
Pat out on floured board and cut.
Place closely together on cookie sheet.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes at 450 to 500 degrees.
Variations: Add one of the following; 4 tbs. sugar (and use as shortcake with fresh fruit); 1 cup grated cheese; 1 cup raisins, dates or other dried fruit.
Or serve plain with lots of butter, honey and jam.
