Scones Recipe
Scone a must for evening tea.Served hot,Scone,will melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. buttermilk
Directions
Combine flour,baking powder,salt,butter,give it a good mix with your hands or a in a blender,till the mixture becomes crumbly.Add buttermilk to this & make a dough.Make small balls of this dough & flatten these balls on a baking sheet.Pork it with fork & bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or till they turn light brown.
Serve hot with a cup of tea.
(You can also spread jam in between the scones but that is optional).

Really a wonderful recipe of Scones. My younger brother ,who currently living in London, loves this snacks.He always discussing about it.He generally taken scones at breakfast with tea.I will also try it.
