 Flour2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Baking powder1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 3 Tablespoons Margarine 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
 1 Egg, Slightly Beaten

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3. Cut in margarine.
4. Stir in milk and egg.
5. Turn dough onto lightly floured board. Roll or pat dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 2-inch rounds.
6. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until brown.
