Ingredients

 Self-raising flour - 225 g/1/2 lb
 Salt1 Pinch (For the dough:)
 Butter50 Gram (For the dough:)
 Milk - 5 x 15 ml spoons/5 tablespoons
 Egg1 (For the dough:)
 Large tomatoes - 3 , peeled and sliced
 Ground black pepper1 To taste (For the topping:)
 Cheese225 Gram (For the topping:)
 Anchovies - 1 x 50 g/2 oz can , drained and soaked in milk
 Black olives - Few, halved and stoned

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Sieve flour and salt together in a bowl.
2.Put pieces of butterinto it and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3.Put milk and egg to make soft dough.
4.Roll the dough on floured surface in such a way thet it is 1 cm/ 1/2 inch thick.
5.Make 5 circles of the rolled dough of size 7.5cm each.
6.Put the circles on greased baking sheet.
7.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

MAKING
8.Place the tomatoes on the rounds and add a sprinkling of pepper to it.
9. Sprinkle cheese on the top.
10.Take the anchovies out by draining and put them on a lattice pattern on each round.
11.Place an olive in each lattice window.
12.Bake for 20 minutes and once done, let the pizza settle at room temperature.
13.Serve immediately or freeze for later use by plaving the one pizza each in foil and putting in freezer bags.

SERVING
14.Serve with sauce.
15.If using frozen, thaw and reheat for 20 minutes before serving.
