Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x9 baking dish with nonstock cooking spray or lightly oil with a paper towel.
Combine the dry ingredients in bowl, mix and set aside.
Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Then stir in the walnuts and the raisins.
Drop the dough by rounded spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, or unil lightly browned. Slightly undercooked cookies will stay soft and chewy.
Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and cool completely before storing.
